About Us
Ardaigh Management
Ardaigh is an Irish Gaelic word meaning to raise or elevate. We partner with owners and CEOs of small to midsize companies on a part time basis to elevate performance by crafting scalable sales and marketing strategies. Small and midsize businesses often struggle to attract and afford top-tier sales and marketing leadership on a full-time basis. As a result, owners and CEOs are forced to take on these responsibilities themselves—diverting their time and energy from other critical areas of the business. Compounding the issue, sales and marketing are rarely their core strengths. This can lead to a lack of strategic direction, limited control over the sales team, and a fragmented approach to marketing—ultimately stalling growth and creating unnecessary stress at the top.
Founder & Fractional Executive
Billy Henry has over 40 years of experience leading high-performing teams across sales, marketing, and general management. He has delivered industry-leading results in both Fortune 500 corporations and fast-moving entrepreneurial startups. What sets Billy apart is his ability to align both sales and marketing strategies with a company’s vision, then translate that alignment into actionable execution plans that drive real growth. He also brings firsthand insight into the unique challenges of running a small business, having served as Chief Executive of his own ventures. Billy’s growth framework that he developed and implemented in those companies led to exceptional outcomes.
Billy built a highly successful 15-year career at the blue-chip CPG leader Nabisco Inc., where he led large field sales organizations and headquarters-based brand management teams. There, he mastered big-company best practices—developing actionable business plans, motivating sales teams through accountability, building strong brands efficiently, and forging customer partnerships that drive growth. Over the past 25 years, he has successfully applied and adapted these practices to turn around both large and small companies across B2C and B2B industries, spanning categories as diverse as chemicals, confectionery, and janitorial products.
