At ten, Hesston Johnson discovered his connection to music through a snare drum in his school band. The passion quickly expanded to full drum sets, guitars, and multi-instrumental performances. In high school, guitar took the lead, but while Missouri State University, drums reclaimed his focus as he performed with Plad, a band that became a campus favorite.<\/p>

Touring the Midwest with Elijah Sound between 2006 and 2008, Hesston also collaborated with Josiah Mann, performing across multiple instruments. Alongside performing, he managed a music store and taught advanced percussion, where a collaboration with touring artist Scott Shipley inspired his first custom snare design, an experiment that led to his early venture, Dynamic Drum Company. After years of performing, recording, and teaching, Hesston returned to drum building in 2024, founding Craft Drum Company to unite craftsmanship and performance, shaped by decades of musical experience and artistic precision.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
